On June 20, 2024, a student delegation from the United States visited CUHK-Shenzhen. The delegation was organized by the China-US Exchange Foundation, with the aim of inviting outstanding American student leaders from top universities to experience the modernization and progress of China's higher education and technology, and promote youth and educational exchanges between China and the US. CUHK-Shenzhen was one of the destinations for this visit.

During the visit, Prof. Zongli Lu, the Master of the Ling College, gave a lecture on "A Brief Introduction to Chinese History" for the students. Prof. Lu introduced the development and the evolution of Chinese history.

In addition, the delegation also visited the library and the Muse College. During the tour, they had in-depth interactions with CUHK-Shenzhen student representatives.
