I gradually adopted a more open and inclusive attitude, learning to understand and respect others' viewpoints, and proactively adapting to the group's pace. Additionally, I worked hard to improve my English communication skills to ensure that I could clearly express my ideas. Through these experiences, I not only enhanced my cross-cultural communication skills but also learned how to collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
