Abstract: The Early Medieval China (220-589) refers to a historical period in China that was full of chaos, civil war, mass riots, ethnical confrontation, massive depopulation and migration. At the same time, we see the co-existence of diverse religions and cultures among different ethnic groups, fascinating cultural exchanges and acculturation, and large-scale ethnic integration, that shaped China in the next centuries.

On January 23, Prof. LU Zongli, Master of Ling College, hosted the ninth session of Chinese Culture Talks on Multi-Culture in the Early Medieval China. During the Q&A session, all participants actively interacted with Prof. LU with their questions and thoughts. By joining the talk, participants broadened their knowledge of China's political, social, and cultural history.
